Are you ready to make an impact?

Ignite Louisville is an experience like no other for next generation leaders who are ready to take a bigger role in their careers and in positive community change. The six-month program brings emerging leaders from multiple sectors together to grow professionally and put into practice their leadership skills as they address critical needs for area nonprofits. In the last 15 years, the program has graduated over 950 leaders who have gone to do extraordinary things for their organizations. They have directly served over 125 nonprofits, with over 40,000 hours of volunteerism and over $2 million in cumulative value.

1. The learning – Ignite Louisville participants will gain leadership skills that come only from being pushed outside of their comfort zone.
