Ah, another excuse to eat. And for a good cause.

The Frankfort Avenue Business Association will host its second Food Truck Sunday event of the summer on Sun., June 30.

Six local food trucks and a mini Farmer’s Market featuring The Root Cellar, Rocko’s Rewards, and Lowe Creek Farm will be set up on the lawn of St. Joe’s Children’s Home in Crescent Hill.

A news release does not name the food trucks. But at the first event in April, the food trucks were Grind, Sweet’N’Savory and French Indo-Canada.

A portion of  food truck sales will benefit St. Joe’s, which will also host a garage sale that day to clear out items from their Thrift Store.

The event is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Food Truck Sunday is just one Crescent Hill event that day.

A neighborhood-wide yard sale and sidewalk sale will also take place throughout Clifton, Crescent Hill and the surrounding areas at the same time as the Food Truck event, according to a news release.

St. Joe’s is at 2823 Frankfort Ave.
