Endeavor Louisville has announced that El Toro CEO Stacy Griggs joins Dr. Joey Rivera of the Rivera Group and Jonathan Erwin and Patrick Goodman of Red e App as the third Endeavor Entrepreneur from Louisville. El Toro was selected by panelists at Endeavor Global’s 63rd International Selection Panel, which was held in Dubai from March 1-3.
Endeavor Louisville launched in May 2015 in support of high-impact entrepreneurship. Endeavor Entrepreneurs receive targeted services including an advisory board, mentorship, access to talent, access to markets, as well as access to investors. They are called to “Scale-Up, Go Big, and Give Back.”
Just last week, El Toro’s director of sales, Greg Mosley, and president of political campaigns, Marty Meyer, shared some new developments at the IP targeting company with members of Venture Connectors. The company is planning a $2 million expansion and will add 60 employees in the next 18-24 months on top of their 20 current employees. They’ve taken on some big clients like Reebok and Adidas. And they’re expanding to 28 new countries.
“Stacy is a model Endeavor Entrepreneur. We [Endeavor] need to push people like Stacy because he could be the start of Louisville’s bubble map to promote growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Louisville. We need people like Stacy in the Endeavor Network,” said Ayman Ismail, Endeavor Egypt board chairman and one of six panelists that selected Griggs as an Endeavor Entrepreneur.
Being named an Endeavor Entrepreneur is the last step in a rigorous vetting process. The entrepreneur must appear before six expert panelists and must be voted in unanimously by the panel.
