Greater Louisville Inc. has announced the 30 companies in the running for the 2016 Inc.credible Awards, the chamber of commerce’s annual honors celebrating small businesses.
“The Inc.credible Awards are a chance for Greater Louisville to really celebrate all the small businesses that make our region unique and vibrant,” Kent Oyler, president & CEO of GLI, said in a news release. “We are always excited to see the innovative business solutions that are being pioneered by the smaller players in our community.”

Very Small Business of the Year Award (one-nine employees) presented by Mortenson Family Dental
The winning company exemplifies both business and civic leadership. Community involvement, management practices and overall financial performance are the primary criteria for this category.

This award recognizes a small business that executes business initiatives which demonstrate innovative solutions for new and existing business needs. Lifelong Wellness & Healthcare Award presented by Humana
This award recognizes a business that is taking steps to increase overall wellbeing, whether by introducing innovative solutions to the healthcare field or whether by implementing an organization-wide health and wellness program. The company must be committed to improving lifelong wellness for individuals inside and outside of their organization.
