To accommodate upcoming seasonal celebrations, Morton’s The Steakhouse, 626 W. Main St., will open for lunch service on Dec. 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21 and 22.

Lunchtime offerings include access to its á la carte menu, or Morton’s Prime Lunch prix fixe menu. Both are available from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., the á la carte lunch menu will feature items such as Maine lobster cocktail; sliced beefsteak tomato salad; Chicago-style bone-in rib-eye steak; jumbo lump crab cakes; sautéed Brussels sprouts; and Morton’s legendary hot chocolate cake.

The special prix fixe menu, which includes a choice of soup or salad and an entrée, costs $35 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Morton’s Prime Lunch prix fixe menu includes:

  • Soup or salad (choice of one): lobster bisque, baked five onion soup topped; or Morton’s salad with Morton’s blue cheese dressing, chopped egg and anchovies, or Caesar salad with Morton’s classic dressing
  • Entrée (choice of one): single-cut filet mignon with béarnaise sauce and mashed potatoes; broiled salmon fillet with rice pilaf; or chicken Christopher with garlic beurre blanc sauce and mashed potatoes.
