eBlu Solutions, a Louisville-based digital health prior authorization software company, has raised an $11.4M Series A round led by OCA Ventures (Chicago), with co-investors Mutual Capital Partners (Cleveland) and FCA Venture Partners’ Health Innovations II (Nashville).
