Talaris’ initial public offering
Talaris Therapeutics announced its initial public offering of 8,825,000 shares of common stock at a price of $17 per share. Talaris is a late-clinical stage cell therapy company that is based in both Louisville and Boston. Their NASDAQ listing is TALS.
Forecastr closes funding round
Louisville financial modeling software startup Forcastr closed on a $2.5 million seed fundraising round. The round included national investors, as well as a few angel investors from both local and national firms.
GE Appliances and Interapt partner
