This year, Leadership Louisville had a record number of application for its 11th Class of Ignite Louisville. Today they named the 54 emerging leaders that have been selected for the Class of 2014.
Ignite Louisville, presented by Norton Healthcare, has graduated more than 450 next-generation leaders and prepared them for expanded roles in their organizations and in the community.
Ignite Louisville is a seven-month leadership-development program. The class meets once a month for a full day and participates in an overnight retreat. Graduation day is April 16, 2014.
Each class participates in the Yum! IGNITES Louisville Challenge and takes on a project proposed by a local nonprofit; Ignite Louisville teams have worked with over 62 nonprofit organizations since 2004.
